You will only be charged the amount that appears at checkout. Until you confirm the payment, you will always view the entire amount.

Here is a clear breakdown of how our service costs typically function.

Service Fees for Air Tickets

A service fee is typically added to the price of airline tickets.

• Applies to both domestic and international flights
• Per passenger, the maximum service price is $50.

Accommodation Booking Fees

A service fee may be applied to hotel reservations made through Global Reservation Desk.

• Is applicable to every single hotel booking.
• The highest amount for a single booking is $42.

Reservation Fees for Rental Cars

An additional service fee per rental may be added to your car rental reservation.

• It’s applicable to all reservations for car rentals.
• Maximum service fee: $40 per rental.

Currency Conversion

For better understanding, all service costs displayed at checkout are automatically converted into your local currency.

Categories for Travelers

Service fees might be applicable to every kind of passenger, such as:

• Adults
• Children
• Infants
• Students
• Those serving in the armed forces

Unless otherwise specified while making the reservation, the traveler category will not exclude you from paying the service fee.

Policy on Refunds for Service Charges

• The majority of the time, service fees cannot be refunded.
• You will receive a full refund of the service charge if you cancel within 24 hours after booking.
• However, if you cancel after 24 hours, you will not be eligible for a refund.
• Prices for services can be altered as necessary.

Important Pricing Information

No changes to the displayed total will be made to account for changes to service costs made after you go to checkout.

Before you complete your booking, make sure to carefully verify your final total.

Exceptions to the Service Fee

Compared to regular reservations, some may incur greater service fees:

• Travel packages: pay as little as $50 each traveler.
• First and business class tickets: up to $200 each person.
• Up to $100 each person for multi-city and complex trips.
• Flexible date or nearby airport searches: up to $55 per passenger.
• Savings of up to $100 per person are possible with value offers and fusion fares.
• Up to $100 each traveler for unaccompanied minor reservations.

Reservation Fees for Contact Centers

There may be additional service costs for bookings made via the Global Reservation Desk contact center as opposed to bookings made online. This is typically the case for more involved itineraries, like:

• Journeys with multiple stops
• Routes that traverse the entire globe

Each passenger may incur costs ranging from $15 to $250 for contact center services. There may be special pricing available for seniors. You could find premium support options included in some contact center reservations as well.
